© Reuters Saudi Arabia stocks lower at close of trade; Tadawul All Share down 0.82%Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
The Saudi Arabian close saw the loss of 0.82%.
National Metal Manufacturing Co., which gained 7.45% (or 2.10 points) to close at 30.30 at closing, was the best performer of the session. Nama Chemicals Co., which added 3.3% or 1.30 point to close at 40.30, and Saudi Advanced Industries Co. was up 2.74 percent or 1.40 to 52.50 late trade.
The Saudi Investment Bank(SE:) was the worst performer of the session, falling 25.75%, or 5.84 point to trade at 16.84 by the closing. Saudi Automotive Services Co. declined 3.50% (or 1.35 point) to finish at 37.25, while Banque Saudi Fransi fell 3.23% (1.70 points) to reach 51.00.
The Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 148 percent to 63 percent, and the 14-year old ended unaffected.
March crude oil delivery rose 0.77%, or 0.68, to $88.88 per barrel. Brent oil rose 0.62 percent to $89.78 per barrel in commodity trading. The April Gold Futures contract traded at $1803.20 an ounce.
EUR/SAR rose 0.37% to 4.2435 while USD/SAR dropped 0.01% at 3.7516.
The US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.4% at 95.955.
