UAE says it destroyed 3 drones that penetrated its airspace -Breaking

They had been flying over unpopulated territory.
The Gulf state has been the victim of several missile attacks over recent weeks. This was in addition to an attack by Israel’s presidential delegation on Monday. Houthi militants in Yemen, which is aligned with Iran claimed the responsibility.
Twitter: The ministry also stated, “it’s ready to respond to any threats” and that they are taking every necessary precaution to defend the state and territory.
Attacks on UAE are a retaliation for the Yemen War in which Houthis repeatedly launch missiles and drones against Saudi Arabia.
After the Houthis overthrew the Sanaa government, the Saudi-led coalition intervened.
On Tuesday, the United States announced that it was sending fighter jets in support of the UAE after the attack on the missiles.
U.S. State Department last month urged Americans to reconsider travel plans in light of drone or missile strike threats. On Wednesday, Britain issued a travel warning warning that further attacks were very possible.
