Nike takes seller of unlicensed NFT sneakers to court -Breaking

Famous sneaker designer Nike (NYSE:) has started the “licensed NFT” wars by taking an online reseller called StockX to court for trademark infringement or sale of unlicensed nonfungible token (NFT) sneakers.
According to Reuters ReportNike sued the reseller before a New York Federal judge, seeking an undisclosed amount of damages as well as a suspension on sales of such virtual collectibles. StockX began selling Nike NFT sneakers in January, and promised customers that they would redeem the genuine-world model of the sneakers in the future.
