Britain’s Queen Elizabeth declared Saturday that Camilla, Prince Charles’s wife, would love to be Queen Consort.
Elizabeth expressed her sincere hope that Camilla would be recognized as Queen Consort when the time is right. This was in an open letter published by Buckingham Palace to mark the 70th anniversary.
