Simon Property (NYSE 🙂 announced Monday its fourth quarter results. They beat forecasts by Investing.com and exceeded all expectations.

Simon Property reported earnings per share at $1.53 on $1.33B in revenue. Investing.com polled analyst to predict EPS at $1.48 on $1.25B revenue.

Simon Property shares fell 14% over the first year. This is still a decrease of 12.98% from the 52-week peak of $171.12, which was set November 18, 2021. The Nasdaq is performing worse than them, down 10.41% since the beginning of the year.

Simon Property shares were down 2.12% during after-hours trading following the announcement.

Crown Castle exceeded expectations by beating forecasts on January 26, with fourth quarter earnings per share of $0.81 on revenue $1.65B. This compares to the $0.7708 expected for revenue $1.63B.
