SHIB/DOGE and CATE among the Top 10 Meme Tokens according to Social Activity

CryptoDep published the top 10 meme tokens for social media activity using Lunarcrush metrics. Metrics measure how many posts were created and received engagements. They also indicate the sentiment for each token.

These are the Top 10 Meme tokens based on social activity, as at 8 February 2022:

The number of social media posts that were created for (SHIB), is 105,000. The meme token with the greatest social media engagement is (DOGE) with an impressive 146M. Users have the highest positive sentiment toward 100X of all the mem tokens.

Shiba Inu is the socially active dog by a significant margin. SHIB boasts a social volume collectively of 150,000 and an engagement volume totalling 93.6M. The overall sentiment is 63.5%. These sentiments are clearly reflected in the fact that Shiba Inu’s value has risen by 18.7% in the last 24 hours.

Dogecoin is second with a social volume collectively of 49.400. This is just a portion of SHIB’s social volume. DOGE, however, has a massive engagement volume of over 146M. Dogecoin is clearly the talk of town. Elon Musk has even tweeted about his support for the token.

Dogecoin currently has a value of $1.5, and its price is up 1% over the past 24 hours.

We have CateCoin, (CATE), in third. This is the least popular of all the top 3. With a social media volume totaling 16,100 and an engagement volume equal to 13.5M, it has a combined social volume of 16.100. CateCoin is receiving a lot of support. Remarkably, the fact that it’s competing with both SHIB and DOGE for the top 3 spot has its supporters rallying and cheering.

CateCoin’s current value is $0.0000024. It has experienced an 8.3% increase in its value in 24 hours.

The remaining tokens FLOKI (MARVIN), BABYDOGE and MONSTA), ELON and PIT have social volumes ranging from 14200 to 1590. These tokens hold mostly positive sentiments and have an engagement volume of 16.2M-422,000. 100X was ranked 10th, but users voted it the best among all the meme tokens.
