Ford says Detroit/Windsor bridge disruption impacting Canadian plants -Breaking

WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – Ford Motor (NYSE) Co stated Wednesday that a disruption to traffic at a crucial U.S.-Canadian crossing due to protests against coronavirus mandates has affected production at some U.S. automobilemaker’s Canadian plants.

Said Deep, Ford spokesperson: “While we continue shipping our existing engine inventory to support U.S. plants,” he said. This situation could impact all U.S. and Canadian automakers. We wish it would be resolved soon.
