Temasek, Salesforce.Com invest in Swiss climate specialist South Pole -Breaking

ZURICH, (Reuters) – South Pole, a specialist in climate finance has secured Singapore’s Temasek as well as the investment arm Salesforce (NYSE.:) Inc. As minority investors following a fresh round of funding.

According to the statement, Temasek and Salesforce Ventures would “reinforce South Pole’s strong commitment towards scaling up climate action both in Asia and North America,” but it did not provide financial details.

South Pole is involved in projects that reduce carbon emissions. It has also provided financing for nearly 1000 projects in over 50 countries.
