U.S. confirms highly pathogenic bird flu at Indiana turkey farm -Breaking

CHICAGO, (Reuters) – The U.S. Department of Agriculture reported Wednesday that there was an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in an Indiana turkey flock. This is the first instance of the disease in a commercial poultry farm since 2020.

Bird flu is a disease that has infected wild birds on the East Coast of the United States.
