Canadian police arrest 11 people, seize guns from group linked to border blockade -Breaking

OTTAWA (Reuters), – Authorities in Canada’s province of Alberta said that they have broken up a group who was allegedly prepared to use violence against truckers blocking a border crossing between the United States and Canada.

According to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, 11 persons were arrested and 13 handguns as well as long guns and ammunition were seized. The force released a statement saying that the arrested persons were willing to use force to dismantle the blockade.
