Alec Baldwin, actor is one of several defendants in the wrongful death lawsuit following Halyna Hutchins’ death on set of Rust last October.
Matthew Hutchins filed in Santa Fe New Mexico on Tuesday for himself and Andros Hutchins. He claimed Baldwin had recklessly killed and shot his wife. The “Rust”, production company failed to follow industry safety standards and did not comply with basic gun safety rules.
