Italy’s Saipem to submit updated business plan to board on March 15 -Breaking

MILAN, (Reuters) – Italian energy services company Saipem stated Tuesday that the updated strategic plan would be submitted to the board of directors for approval.

Sapem issued its 2022-2025 strategy last October. The company pulled its outlook.

Eni, a state lender, and Eni control the company. They said they would provide guidelines to review the plan along with financial results, on February 24.

On March 16, the plan will be made available to the public via conference call.
