SoftBank considering $8 billion margin loan as part of Arm IPO

SoftBank has canceled its massive sale of Arm to U.S.-based chipmaker Nvidia (NASDAQ) this month. The company was valued at $80 billion.
Britain’s Arm named last week a new chief executives. SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Sun indicated that this would take place in the United States.
