Nestle proposes Apple CFO for election to its board -Breaking

ZURICH (Reuters), a Nestle food company said Thursday that they were proposing Luca Maestri chief financial officer (NASDAQ;) and Chris Leong chief marketing officer (PA (:) for its election to the board.
These elections will be held at the annual general meeting of the company on April 7. Nestle said that Ann M. Veneman would be leaving the board and Kasper Rosted had decided not to stand in the re-election process.
The board will recommend the re-election to the board of its chairman and other board members. The proposed nominations will result in 14 Nestle members. 12 of these are independent directors.
