WASHINGTON — Joe Biden, President of the United States said that Friday’s statement by President Joe Biden indicated that America believes Russian President Vladimir Putin is planning to attack Ukraine in the “coming days.”

“We have reason to believe the Russian forces are planning and intend to attack Ukraine in the coming week, in the coming days,” Biden said in remarks at the White House. We believe they’ll target Ukraine’s capital Kyiv which is home to 2.8 million people.
