LOS ANGELES, (Reuters) – A series of trucks will arrive in Washington D.C. at the same time as President Joe Biden’s State of the Union speech on March 1. This was announced by the United States Capitol Police on Friday.
The temporary inner-perimeter fencing was discussed as part of ongoing discussions. It is an option but has not been decided at the moment.
