London Stock Exchange to buy TORA for $325 million -Breaking

(Reuters) – London Stock Exchange According to the British stock exchange operator, Group (LON), it agreed to acquire cloud-based technology provider TORA in exchange for $325million. The acquisition will allow the company to add the fast growing class of digital assets to its trading platform.

It is possible that TORA will be purchased. TORA supports customers in trading multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed-income, and digital assets, across all global markets. The deal should close by the end of the second half 2022.
