Shares in Russia’s largest banks Sber, VTB rebound on sanction reports -Breaking

MOSCOW (Reuters). Shares of Russia’s biggest lender Sberbank jumped almost 4%, while shares in VTB rose more than 2% after media reports suggested that the European Union might not have targeted the state banks with additional sanctions.
