Ukraine is committed to diplomacy despite Russian violation: Zelenskyy

In a broadcast address televised Tuesday morning, Volodymyr Zeleskyy, President of Ukraine said that Russia won’t provoke him. However, he added that the government would not respond to any provocations from Russia.
