US EPA trying to get biofuel blending law on track to grow biofuel use -EPA -Breaking

NEW ORLEANS (Reuters). – A U.S. Environmental Protection Agency official announced Tuesday that they are working to make sure the agency’s decisions regarding the nation’s biofuels legislation are transparent. The agency is trying to put the law back on track and ensure sustainable growth.

After reviewing all stakeholder comments, the agency will make final decisions on whether to grant exemptions for small refineries. Sarah Dunham from EPA was speaking at the National Conference.
