Insurer Phoenix Group appoints Alastair Barbour as interim chair -Breaking

(Reuters) – British insurance company Phoenix Group has appointed Alastair Barbour, a senior independent director to serve as interim Chairman. He will replace Nicholas Lyons who is on a sabbatical.

Barbour will be taking over the role starting September 1, as Lyons has officially resigned from his positions on the board.
