Patrick Pouyanne stated that “I’m convinced the Russians do not want to use gasoline as a weapon” at the International Energy Week conference.
TotalEnergies’ operations in Russia (which include stakes at liquefied gas (LNG), plants) have not been adversely affected by the conflict, he said.
Russia provides more than one third of Europe’s gas.
