Russia’s biggest bank Sberbank says it is operating normally, studying sanctions -Breaking

According to the bank’s statement, all systems work as they normally do and no restrictions are placed on foreign currency withdrawals or deposits.
According to the U.S. Treasury, U.S. banks are required to cut their correspondence banking links with Sberbank by Thursday. Britain has also announced that it will place asset freezes at all Russian banks.
