Germany suspends Hermes export credit guarantees for Russia

BERLIN (Reuters] – Germany has made it harder for Russian companies to do business by taking out Hermes credit guarantees on exports. Daily Handelsblatt reported Friday that this was a result of the ministry of economy.
The paper quoted a minister spokesperson saying that “the approval of Hermes investments guarantees and Hermes guarantees has been suspended until further notification.”
