BRUSSELS/Reuters – Ursula von der Leyen (President of the European Commission) stated Saturday that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will be subject to further sanctions by the EU and its Western partners. She also said that the SWIFT interbank money system would be cut off from a few Russian banks.
