Elon Musk says SpaceX’s internet service is available in Ukraine

According to SpaceX CEO, Starlink’s internet service is now available in Ukraine. More terminals will be sent there. Elon Musk.
This conflict-ravaged nation experienced internet disruptions due to Russian troops moving in and missiles hitting critical infrastructure. Monitoring group NetBlocks said ThursdayThe disruptions were tracked throughout much of Ukraine, including the capital Kyiv.
Musk was asked on Saturday by a Ukrainian official whether he would give more Starlink stations from his company to Ukraine.
“While you try to colonize Mars — Russia try to occupy Ukraine! While your rockets successfully land from space — Russian rockets attack Ukrainian civil people! We request you to send Starlink stations to Ukraine and address rational Russians to be heard,” Mykhailo Federorov, vice prime minister and minister for digital transformation in Ukraine said.
Musk replied via Twitter late Saturday night, saying that Starlink is active in Ukraine. More terminals en route.”
Starlink’s ultimate goal is to offer faster internet. This includes improving access in areas that don’t have broadband.
The satellite dish allows you to connect directly to the internet from a location near your property. Satellites from Starlink are used to beam the internet down to the dish through a network that has been placed into orbit by SpaceX. Ground stations also use these satellites.
