Ukraine and Russia agree to talks without preconditions, Zelenskiy says -Breaking

LVIV (Ukraine) – Ukrainian officials and Russian officials will hold talks in a location near the border of Belarus and Ukraine, said President Volodymyr Zilenskiy’s Office on Sunday.

These talks are the first after Russia invaded Ukraine in full force last week. They will be free of preconditions.

In a statement, he stated that they had agreed to meet the Ukrainian delegation with the Russian one without any conditions on the border between Ukraine and Belarusia near the Pripyat River.
