More than half a million people have fled Ukraine, U.N. says -Breaking

GENEVA (Reuters – A head of a U.N. Agency said Monday that Ukraine has seen more than 500,000 flee to its neighbours since Russia invaded Ukraine last week.

Filippo Grandi (head of UNHCR refugee agency) made these remarks via his Twitter feed (NYSE:). The global agency chief stated that the agency was stepping up its humanitarian efforts in the face of increasing rights violations.
