PARIS (Reuters – Qatar Airways has grounded an additional A350 plane in a dispute over Airbus’ gradual degrading of long-haul aircraft surfaces. This brings the number of grounded planes by Qatar Airways to 22.

Reuters reports that Qatar submitted a document Friday in a dispute, which escalated to a contract for A321neo between Airbus and the exact same carrier.

Qatar Airways filed a lawsuit against Airbus, claiming that the planemaker owes more than $600 million. Airbus expects to respond with a counterclaim.
