(Reuters) – Russia can create a new system for internal payments that will replace SWIFT, Elvira Nabiullina, Central Bank Governor, stated Monday. The Central Bank Governor stressed the need to help banks’ clients.
Nabiullina stated that all Russian banks will fulfill their obligations, and all their funds are secure.
