FRANKFURT (Reuters). German diversified group Bayer (OTC-:) announced Tuesday that they are aiming to achieve a 7% rise in core earnings this year at constant foreign currency rates. The increase in seed and pesticide demand is partially offset by investment in new genetic treatments technologies.
