The forum’s Thursday urgent discussion on Ukraine, in which a resolution was brought forward by Kyiv, and its allies, would establish an international investigation into violations of the agreement, is an important step towards ensuring accountability and documentation.
He said, “We need to send a strong and united message that President Vladimir Putin must unconditionally cease this.”
Blinken stated that China continues to commit genocide, crimes against humanity and Xinjiang against Muslim Uyghurs and called on Michelle Bachelet, U.N. human right boss, to release her report and findings.
