WASHINGTON (Reuters), – U.S. Vice President Joe Biden stated Tuesday that the West was prepared for Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, and his administration had a plan in place to counter inflation. These are excerpts of Biden’s State of the Union address.
