Uber Explore is available as of Tuesday beginning in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Memphis, Minneapolis – St. Paul, New Orleans, Orlando, Florida, San Antonio, San Francisco and Seattle. The service is also available in New Jersey, Upstate New York, and Mexico City.
