(Reuters) -Apple Inc’s annual spring product launch party will be held on March 8, according to the iPhone maker.

It is likely that the company will launch a lower-cost iPhone with 5G and an updated iPad Air.

“Peek performance. March 8th. “See you there,” Apple’s senior vice-president of marketing Greg Joswiak said via Twitter.

However, the company didn’t provide any further details.

This new iPhone SE would mark the second update in the model’s history. It is believed to have an upgraded camera and a more powerful processor.

Apple is focusing on iPhones with 5G connectivity as a major part of its flagship products. Apple’s iPhone 13 features custom antennas for 5G and radio components to speed up speeds for customers looking for devices that are more reliable.

Apple, the world’s largest company was able overcome supply chain problems that had previously plagued many industries. This allowed Apple to record its holiday sales thanks to iPhones.

Apple’s AirTags was launched last year. This small tracking device has been criticized for allowing unwanted tracking and putting users’ privacy at stake.

Apple hosts three events each year for the release of new products. The first is in spring, followed by the announcement of the latest iPhone line just before Christmas.
