Ralph LaurenAfter learning of the allegations against him, Howard Smith was named as its chief commercial officer and executive vice president.

Ralph Lauren filed a statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission stating that the auditor committee launched an investigation into the allegations after learning about them.

According to Ralph Lauren, the conduct of its investigation led it to conclude that there was a violation of their code on business ethics and conduct.

Smith did not respond immediately to my request for comment.

Ralph Lauren announced that Regional leaders in the business’ day will report to Patrice Louvet, CEO and President of Ralph Lauren.
