Russian central bank temporarily suspends international transfers by some foreign entities -Breaking

MOSCOW (Reuters), Russia’s central banking said Wednesday that it temporarily suspended transfers from foreign legal entities and individuals to accounts overseas.

It said that it would temporarily limit transfers to certain countries by limiting non-residents with no accounts the equivalent of $5,000 per month.
