Lufthansa narrows losses in 2021; uncertainties abound in 2022 -Breaking

BERLIN (Reuters). Germany’s Lufthansa reported an operating loss in excess of analyst estimates at 2.3 billion euros ($2.55billion). The pandemic-stricken company reported an operating loss of 5.55 billion euros in 2020.

Lufthansa indicated that they expect significant improvement in their operating results throughout the year following the difficult first quarter of 2022.
