France stocks lower at close of trade; CAC 40 down 1.31% -Breaking


© Reuters. France stock prices lower after close of trade. CAC 40 is down 1.31% – France stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The index dropped 1.42% at the Paris close.

These were the best performers of the session Thales (PA:) climbed 6.64% to 7.15 points and traded at 114.80 by the close. Meanwhile, Dassault Systemes SE (PA:) added 2.97% or 1.25 points to end at 43.39 and L’Oreal SA (PA:) was up 1.62% or 5.45 points to 341.85 in late trade.

WFD Unibail Rodamco NV NV (AS) fell 8.77%, or 5.12 point to trade at 53.29 by the closing. Stellantis Nevada (PA) lost 6.37% (or 0.88 points) to finish at 12.93. Engie SA was also down 5.89% (or 0.63 points) to 10.10.

These were the top performers on SBF 120 Eramet SA (PA 🙂 rose 13.12% to 127.50, CGG SA/PA : was up 9.81% and settled at 0.84 Neoen SA (PA) gained 9.27% and closed at 35.12.

Elior Group’s shares fell by 9.00%, or 0.28-2.87 to reach all-time lows.

For April delivery, Gold Futures rose 1.07% (21.10%) to $1.987.70 per troy-ounce. Other commodities traded included Crude oil, which rose 3.59% to reach $119.83/barrel in April, and the May Brent Oil contract, which rose 5.18% to trade at $124.23.

EUR/USD dropped 0.47% to 1.09 while EUR/GBP was steady at 0.42 to 0.83.

At 99.14, the US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.47%.
