Germany stocks lower at close of trade; DAX down 1.98% -Breaking


© Reuters. Germany stock prices lower after close of trade, DAX down 1.98% – Germany stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The index dropped 1.98% at the Frankfurt close, causing it to drop to a 52-week high. Meanwhile, the index lost 1.79% and fell 1.36%.

They were the top performers at the session Siemens Energy AG (DE:), rose 3.53%, or 0.68 points, to trade at 19.82 by the close. Meanwhile, Delivery Hero AG (DE) gained 1.09% (or 0.44 points) to reach 40.90. SAP SE(DE:) was at 97.27, up 0.52% (or 0.50) in late trading.

Adidas AG (DE), the worst-performing session of the day, fell 5.40% or 10 points to trade at 175.90 by the end. Volkswagen AG VZO O.N. (DE:) fell 5.37% or 7.76 point to reach 136.74 Porsche Automobil Holding SE was down 5.27%, or 3.86 points, to 69.44

Top performers in the MDAX were Rheinmetall AG (DE:) which rose 4.44% to 155.30, K&S AG (DE:) which was up 3.99% to settle at 23.72 and Nemetschek AG O.N. O.N.

They were among the most disappointing. Hugo Boss AG NA O.N. (DE:), which fell 10.15% to 43.90 during late trade. Hella KGaA Hueck & Co (DE:), which dropped 10.14% and settled at 53.00 Fraport AG (DE) was at 46.48, down 7.70% from the beginning.

SMA Solar Technology AG (DE) was among the top performers in the TecDAX, rising 17.63% to $35.50. Nordex SE O.N. (DE) which was higher by 8.05% and settled at 16.51. Nemetschek AG O.N. (DE:), up 8.05% to settle at 16.51 and Nemetschek AG O.N.

They were among the most disappointing. Siltronic AG (DE) was lower by 6.17% at 87.00 late trade Eckert & Ziegler AG O.N. O.N. TeamViewer AG (DE:), which fell 5.80% to 11.78 by the end.

Shares in K&S AG (DE:) rose to 3-years highs; gaining 3.99% or 0.91 to 23.72. Fraport AG’s shares (DE:), fell 7.70% to 52 week lows, losing 3.88 to 46.48. Siltronic AG shares fell to 52 week lows, losing 6.17% (or 5.72) to 87.00. Shares in Eckert & Ziegler AG O.N. (DE:) dropped to 52-week lows, falling 6.04% (3.45 to 53.65).
