WASHINGTON (Reuters] – On March 21, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC for short, will vote to approve a climate-risk-related measure.

Following a few delays, this notice confirms a Reuters Monday Report indicating an imminent vote.

It would subject to public discussion. The legislation requires U.S.-listed businesses to give detailed disclosures to investors about how climate changes could impact their business.
