Warner Music Group says it is suspending operations in Russia -Breaking

(Reuters] Warner Music Group has announced that they will cease operations in Russia. It includes investments and activities in projects and promotion and marketing activities. Also, it will stop manufacturing physical products.

It joins Sony (NYSE.) Music and Universal Music Group. (AS.) In similar actions they demanded an end to the violence in Ukraine.

Warner Music stated in a statement that they will fulfill their agreed-upon obligations to artists, people and songwriters “as the situation evolves.” “We will continue to support the humanitarian relief efforts within the region.”
