(Reuters) – Russian Prime Minster Mikhail Mishustin said Friday that companies subject to Western sanctions will have the right not to publish the names of those they collaborate with. This is as Moscow seeks to minimize the economic impact.

Mishustin claimed that the government was working hard on a third round of sanctions countermeasures, which would support small and mid-sized businesses as well systemically important companies.
