Russia’s Putin shows no sign of engaging in diplomacy -U.S.’s Harris -Breaking

BUCHAREST, Romania (Reuters] – Russian President Vladimir Putin is not willing to enter into diplomacy. That was the U.S. vice president Kamala Harris stated on Friday while visiting Romania during the third week since Russia’s invasion in Ukraine.

Harris conveyed support to Romania for its efforts to assist refugees from Ukraine, and reiterated America’s commitment in protecting NATO member countries during a visit to the eastern flank. Harris stated that any attack on civilians in Ukraine or their targeting is war crimes.
