REUTERS/Andrew Kelly/NEW YORK (Reuters) – The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission rejected proposals to list and trade shares of spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) NYDIG ETF https://www.sec.gov/rules/sro/nysearca/2022/34-94395.pdf and Global X Bitcoin Trust, in filings dated March 10.
This was the latest rejection by market regulators to deny approval of an ETF which tracks the digital asset.
