Citi’s digital asset co-heads resign with plans to create crypto startup -Breaking

Alex Kriete is co-head for digital assets at Citi. AnnoucedLinkedIn reported that he resigned from the bank giant on Thursday after eleven years of service. Although he stated that he plans to dedicate himself fully to the development of a new crypto company, eloquently did not provide any additional information.
Kriete and Greg Girasole co-led digital assets for less than one year, since June 2021 when the unit was launched. Girasole AnnoucedKriete, his ex-wife and LinkedIn friend, announced that he was leaving and they are now planning to create a new blockchain venture together.
