Ukraine prepares $850 million war-time loan programme for farmers, says prime minister -Breaking

LVIV Ukraine (Reuters). LVIV Ukraine’s Prime Minister Denys shmygal stated on Tuesday that Ukraine would fund a loan program to farmers of 25 billion hryvnias ($846m) in a raft a new measures to alleviate the economic shock caused by the war.

Shmygal also presented new tax incentives for medium and small-sized companies in a video address. These were previously approved by parliament.
