Investing.com – Germany stocks were mixed after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher while losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Frankfurt closed with the index declining 0.36%. The index increased 0.33% at the same time, and the index went up 0.31%.

These were the best performers of the session Symrise AG Inh. O.N. (DE:) climbed 2.41%, or 2.45 points, to trade at 104.2 at the closing. Meanwhile, Qiagen The NV (DE 🙂 gained 1.97%, or 0.84 point to reach 43.58. Vonovia SE was up 1.89 points or 0.88 to 47.32 late trade.

The top performers on the MDAX were K&S AG (DE:) which rose 6.67% to 25.59, Uniper SE (DE) that was up 4.34% and settled at 25.00 Rheinmetall AG (DE:), which saw a gain of 4.29% and closed at 163.00

Thyssenkrupp AG O.N. were the worst-performing. Thyssenkrupp AG O.N. was the worst performer, falling 9.42% to 8.54 during late trade Fraport AG (DE) lost 3.82% and settled at 50.40 Talanx AG NA O.N. (DE:), which fell 3.24% at 39.96 by the end.

EUR/USD rose by 0.79%, to 1.11; EUR/GBP climbed by 0.70% at 0.84.

US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.7% at 97.84.
