KanyeWest has been removed from Instagram for 24hrs for violating its harassment policy.

For 24 hours, West (who goes under “Ye”) will be blocked from posting, commenting, or sending direct messages.

For example, a spokesperson MetaCNBC was informed Thursday by Instagram’s owner, X, that West had violated its policies regarding hate speech, bullying, and harassment.

Meta didn’t reveal details about the posting but stated that West could face further legal action if he continued to offend.

CNBC did not receive a response from West immediately.
