Lemonade Insurance has joined hands with top blockchain companies in order to establish the Lemonade Crypto Climate Coalition L3C decentralized autonomous organisation (DAO), to provide blockchain-based insurance to farmers.

Lemonade Foundation was founded by the insurance company. It is a non-profit that aims to create social and environmental change through blockchain-enabled technology. This foundation will be working closely with L3C members Chainlink and Avalance as well as DAOstacks, Etheriscs, Hannover Re Pula and Tomorrow.io.
